Office of the Executive Director
Retention & Graduation comprises the three directorates and four Federal TRIO programs to provide services, activities, and programs to enhance retention and graduation.
The three Directorates (OMVA, Bratzke Center, and Retention Programs) cater to specific sub-populations of the EKU student body and support these students from the time they arrive for orientation until they graduate from Eastern.
The four Federal TRIO programs provide resources to help low-income, first-generation students achieve academic success.
The overarching goal of the Retention and Graduation units is helping each student realize their full potential. Collectively we are dedicated to helping students achieve their personal and academic goals and connecting them with EKU’s vast network of supporting resources that can help them achieve their ultimate goal - a degree from EKU.
Every student matters here at EKU, and every leader, administrator, faculty, and staff member is committed to student success. Once you join us, you will see that we are with you every step of the way. Go Colonels!
